Best Geared Biker

Revit13My motorcycle club leader is trying new ways to get members to attend regular monthly meetings. Last month, she organized having a technician from the local Harley dealership show us how to check and maintain engine oil. That was a great thing for all of us to learn and employ as we ride our Harleys.

For the most recent meeting, the subject of a meeting reminder email was “Leather and Lace.” In it, she said,

Remodeling Accomplished

I said in a post on March 26 that I had lost my mind, but only in the sense that I had bought another house that had gone up for sale by auction. The previous owner had died without a will and the local government auctioned it pretty much for settlement of back taxes and accumulated fees. (Trust me — a LOT of taxes and fees accumulated!)

Motorcycle Boot Buying Guide

Ride20151227I am asked frequently to recommend boots to wear while operating a motorcycle. After all, I own, have tried, and have worn almost 100 pairs of motorcycle boots. However, many motorcycle riders I ride with think…

Blogpost2400So here we are with another “100” milestone for this blog — this is post 2,400.

Since January, 2008, I have expressed thoughts, opinions, and shared information about boots, leather, boots, my feelings as a masculine gay man, boots, the joy of being married to the most wonderful man on the planet, boots, my life story, boots, and concerns about caregiving for those I love — especially during my spouse’s three-year horror of illness and caregiving for my aunt.

What posts of the last 100 (since October 14, 2015) have been most viewed and popular?
