Boots Today While Heart is Torn

I regret that I do not have much time to write a blog post — my spouse had a really bad day yesterday, and once again, I poured myself into my caregiving role.

This morning at oh-dark-30, he is sleeping well and I have to go to work. I have a major meeting with the boss’ boss today that I can’t miss. This tug-o-heart between working at a job that I am passionate about and caring for my spouse who remains quite ill is awful, but I soldier on.

Inspiring Men to Wear Boots

WorkLately, six guys have written to me to ask a question about boots, and each of them began with telling me that for some reason, this blog and my website have inspired them to wear boots and encourage others to do the same.
