A friend of my commented the other day that I have been mentioning feeling older more frequently on this blog. Yeah, that comes with having a milestone birthday in August, but nothing more than that. I have a lot of miles left on my boots, so-to-speak.
However, it is harder for me to do some things now that I used to do effortlessly. One of those things is leading a long ride for my motorcycle club.
So this weekend, I am planning my last…

Or… “why are there fewer young motorcycle riders?”
While things have been busy in the BHD world, I was able to get out for an early morning ride to one of my favorite places with my favorite biker cousin last Saturday. Since my work shift was scheduled from noon to midnight, yet I was awake as usual at oh-dark-30, and The Spouse was feeling lousy so he wanted to rest, I thought…
While twin brother J was visiting family and I had some time while Spouse was napping this past weekend, I finally had time to create a gallery of some 376 still photos that I took (or were taken by “S” of me) on our “Crazy-Awesome Motorcycle Adventure” in Utah at the end of July.

Some people have asked, “what boots did you bring with you and wear on your recent motorcycle ride in Utah?
I have produced one more video, this time much longer (7 minutes), while riding into Zion National Park via its eastern entrance road. (The video is viewable at the bottom of this post after the jump.)
My video production from my “helmetcam” (a GoPro Hero 5) continues. After visiting Canyonlands National Park on the morning of 27 July, we rode a short distance (distances in the huge state of Utah are relative), and rode into Arches National Park near Moab. I will describe what we did in the park, and video from our ride is down below. Read on!
I have returned home from my personal and business visit to Utah, and have had a little time to begin to process video from my crazy-awesome motorcycle adventure.
