As most visitors to this blog and my website know, I own a lot of cowboy boots and motorcycle boots. As of today, I own 200 pairs of boots. Yep, that is quite a few. I made a pledge to myself to wear a different pair of boots each day so that I wear every pair of boots I own (and that still fit me). If it works out right, I will wear a different pair of boots each day for over six months.

For the last two weeks, here are photos of each pair of boots that I wore to work. Note, I change boots when I get home from work, and wear different boots on weekends, so what you see below are only the boots that I wore Monday through Friday in my office. (These are photos from my photo collection. I did not have time to take actual photos of each pair of boots every day):

Monday 28 January
Weather: cold, snowy, wet. Boots: Lug-soled Chippewa Hi-Shine motorcycle boots with black jeans over them.
Tuesday 29 January
Weather: mild, dry. Boots: Lucchese Classic blue/white/black wingtip cowboy boots with regular slacks over them.
Wednesday 30 January
Weather: unusually pleasant, but lots of rain. Boots: black Boulet harness boots with regular slacks over them.
Thursday 31 January
Weather: mild, still damp. Boots: Justin melo veal ropers with pants over them.
Friday 1 February
Weather: cold, dry. Boots: medium brown Lucchese Classic goatskin dress cowboy boots with khakis over them.
Monday 4 February
Weather: cool, dry. Boots: dark gray Lucchese Classic cowboy boots with gray slacks.
Tuesday 5 February
Weather: cold, dry. Boots: black Chippewa ostrich harness boots with blue slacks over them.
Wednesday 6 February
Weather: Cold, dry. Boots: black Wesco motor patrol boots with black slacks over them.
Thursday 7 February
Weather: Cold, dry. Boots: blue Nocona ostrich cowboy boots with navy slacks over them.
Friday 8 February
Weather: cold, a little wet (no snow). Boots: Chippewa Firefighters with smooth soles worn with dark blue denim jeans.
