I admit, dear readers, I am “idea-less” for content on this blog.
This past weekend…
…I drove The Spouse to Pittsburgh again to see his mother on Saturday. We needed to get some paperwork and make arrangements with a funeral home to handle things when she dies.
It was a very quick trip.
Because we have a nice young woman staying the night with M-I-L overnight, we opted to stay in a hotel on Saturday night, instead of staying at M-I-L’s house. It would not be appropriate for us to stay there any more. Plus, while we love each other, there is no way we could share a single-size bed which is the only option for a bed available.
The drive back home on Sunday was rain-rain-rain all the way. It was tense, but we made it okay.
But back to this blog — I really am out of ideas for anything to write about. Everything I know about boots (and leather) has been documented here for well over ten years. I have a big trip coming up next week, so perhaps I will write about that.
I can really understand why bloggers stop writing, because they run out of fresh content to write about. Also, with newly imposed privacy restrictions, I can not see what people are looking for (that is, search words are blocked from my view), so that rich source of content to write about is no longer available.
With reluctance, I have decided to write when I come up with a new idea, whenever that may be, but no longer on a forced every-two-day schedule. Begging for ideas to write about has not resulted in anything useful. I just can not write creatively in my state of “idea-less-ness.”
Life is short: wear boots.
