It was sadly amusing to me to find that someone, let’s say who is among those less educated, and therefore to be gently pitied for his plight, would enter a search on the words, “homos are ignorant,” into a search engine.That search led to a post on this blog titled The Homo-ignorant where I recounted a story about someone who was on a motorcycle ride with me last year who did not know what he was saying and how his ignorance was observed.

How do I feel about posts like this?

Pity — pity the ignorance of anyone who would post this. I will let you draw your own conclusions about where he is from.

Enough said. There are still far too many faux-news-watching ignorami in the world. We still must educate our fellow men (and women) to help them understand, learn, listen, and “get it.” I fear that there are still too many people who we will never be able to reach, and will continue to wallow in their world of ignorance for the rest of their lifetime. Sad, really.

Okay, enough… let’s rise above the ignorance. Smile, and move on.
