On Tuesday,<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nI began the morning with a nice brisk five-mile walk along the ocean (I wore comfortable military boots).  Then returned to my hotel, showered and changed, pulled on my dressier boots, and had a business meeting over breakfast&#8230; well sorta.  My colleague with whom I was meeting wanted to go to starsucks.  I don&#8217;t drink coffee or tea, and paying $5 for water is just crazy.  So I just sat at a table and spoke with my colleague.<\/p>\n<p>I was picked up by another colleague at my hotel and transported to the offices of my host.  I facilitated a national meeting via conference call, then people came to my location to present information and reports.<\/p>\n<p>After lunch, I was taken to the far north of the island (via a long coastal road which was quite lovely) for a field demonstration.  Sorry, I can&#8217;t show photos of that demo because it would reveal too much, but it was interesting.  And windy!  And wet!  This demo informed decision-making about &#8230; (what brought me here.)<\/p>\n<p>Back to the hotel and dinner at a nearby restaurant with another colleague who is a bundle of energy.  Loved it!  At the hotel by 2000 and asleep in no time.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, I began the morning with a great five-mile walk by the ocean (in military boots.)  Then showered, changed, and kept those military boots on with my UoD.  Had a business discussion over breakfast (and was able to avoid starsucks.
